Vinyl Display Case Assembly Machine
Robotic arms assemble the vinyl components at each station of a rotary table. At the final station an ultrasonic welder is used to weld the assembly together.

Chassis Assembly
Panels placed on the rotary table are indexed through a series of six Pemserters. The Pemserters are mounted on tracks for quick and easy changeovers

Bottle Carrier Placement
As bottles pass through the machine they are inserted into carriers to become four packs, six packs or eight packs.

Tube Welder
Formed tubes are fed into the automatic clamping station. When the tubes are clamped, the welder travels down the length of the pipe, welding the tubes
