F-1550 Tray Separator:
The F-1550 is one of many tray de-nesting and insertion systems manufactured by E.F. Engineering. The F-1550 features a generous magazine for non-nesting foam or plastic trays, which means your operators can focus on other production machines and not have to constantly load the magazine. The trays stored in the magazine are transferred to de-nesting area where they are separated and dropped onto a conveyor. As the tray passes the insertion area the product is placed into the tray and then released to the next phase of packaging. The F-1550 is designed with simplicity insuring reliability, user-friendly interface and minimal training requirements. Our modular designs insure quick, uncomplicated changeovers and convenient access for maintenance.
